►Target Audience This blog was launched on January 1, 2008 and caters to the part-and full-time residents of South Walton county, the millions of tourists that visit South Walton and surrounding counties and towns annually including Destin and Panama City Beach, and to anyone else with a vested interest in South Walton county.

SoWal Scene is updated daily with the exception of Sundays when Jill decides to take a day off and head to the beach - all work and no play makes Jill a dull girl.

Marketing - Jill actively promotes and markets SoWal Scene, through banner ads on other websites, links, printed collateral, automobile advertising and other avenues.

Some Notes and Conditions

1) There is no charge for the creation of a banner ad or you can provide one yourself.
2) All banner artwork must be approved by Jill before being put live on SoWal Scene.
3) Term: Advertisers can run a Premium, Tier One or Tier Two banner ad for 3 months at which time the ad will be renewed.
4) All Premium, Tier One and Tier Two banner ads require a one-month minimum term; and premium text links require a three-month minimum term.
5) SoWal Scene runs ads that I deem are of reasonable quality and can be helpful to my audience and Jill reserves the right to reject or pull any ads deemed outside this scope.
6) Rates and terms are locked in only for the scheduled term of the advertisement.
7) Rates and terms can change at any time.
8) Your advertising term begins the day you reserve your spot.. Please send Jill your information as quickly as possible so she can get your ad live on the site.
9) Jill reserves the right to pull an ad or permanently change it's location if payment is not received after 30 days.
10) A $5 late fee will applied for every 30-day period your invoice goes unpaid.
